We encourage our clients to meet our in-home care aides before service is provided to alleviate any concerns that could be associated with the aide.

Our dedicated Minneapolis In Home Health Care team includes:
- A Social Liaison- This person is a pivotal link between Abidjan Healthcare, Inc. and the Caregiver/PCA, and the client.
- A Registered Nurse - The Nurse develops, modifies and oversees the customized care plan and supervises the Caregiver/PCA for your loved one. Each individual care plan outlines the appropriate services required which will keep your love one happy and safe.
- An In-Home Healthcare Caregiver/ PCA– This person is screened and carefully selected to address the individual needs of the client. Abidjan Healthcare, Inc. has caregivers on staffs that are fluent in most languages and will be matched to your unique case if there is a language barrier. Whether your love one lives at home or in a residential facility, the caregiver has a responsibility to provide top notch care.
- An Office Administrator- This person receives your calls and put you in contact with a staff who can address your unique needs.
